BAI&E Department: Maintenance
Work summary: Supplement client manpower with instrument and electrical personnel as well as other crafts, to perform preventative maintenance activities. BAI&E has provided technicians to fill client positions while they are waiting for an employee to fill the position, as well as long term staffing, allowing our clients to control their head count.
BAI&E Department: Turn-around
Work summary:Provide management and administration personnel to pre-plan, schedule, control cost, supervise and execute all phases of annual outage/ turn-arounds and start-up support in the refining, chemical and other industries. Furnish instrument technicians, electricians, construction personnel, transportation, trailers, tools and test equipment as necessary to complete all scopes of instrument and electrical work. BAI&E Department: Construction
Work summary: Complete new and retrofit instrument and electrical construction projects in new facilities, shutdown units and on-line plants.
BAI&E Department: Panel Shop
Work summary: Complete panel fabrication and enclosure assembly in the corporate facility panel shop for various client facilities. All equipment was completely checked and functionally tested prior to shipment. BAI&E has installed and commissioned at the customers site, a large portion of the equipment fabricated and assembled in our facility.
BAI&E Department: Shop Services
Work summary: Repair, overhaul and calibrate as required, control valves, displacers, process switches, transmitters, controllers and other various instrument and electrical devices. Construct skid mounted instrument and electrical systems.
BAI&E Department: Engineering
Work summary: Provide engineering, design, plant documentation, and CAD support services. Services provided were accomplished at BAI&E corporate office facilities and directly on the client’s site. In addition, BAI&E provided client supervised engineering and support staffing for projects, or long term assignments.
- Engineering - Provide instrument & electrical engineering support including Licensed Professional Engineers.
- Design - Technical engineering support including plant I & E equipment documentation activities.
- CAD - Produce CAD drawings according to client and national/international standards.
